All permanent color hair services require a in person consultation first before the service can be performed. If it is determined you hair is not in good condition for it to be done I will inform you at the time of your appointment. *This is an add on service - can not be booked alone **Please specify your color choices for your highlights *** Please note - there will be an additional cost for high density hair. Meaning thick full strands **** Price starts at $70 total service may include different changes. Will be discussed at time of service.
